The Chromecast has had massive success with offering a couple of Android apps on your T.V. for $35. If you are like most people, you probably don’t know that there is a much better device with full Google Play access and Android Jelly Bean for $45.

It's called the MK808B. Probably one of the world names for any gadget, but who cares about names when you can stream your favorite content to any HDMI equipped television. Here at TotalGeek labs, we simply call it the 'Widow Maker'.

At $45, the 'Widow Maker' comes preloaded with the Google Play Store and runs almost any android application you can find. Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, Showtime Anytime, Crackle, you name it. All your favorite streaming services have instant compatability with this flash drive sized device. Cianara Roku and Chromecast, the MK808B can do much more than your cut-down versions of an operating system can currently support.

Facebook, Google Drive, Vimeo, the possibilities are endless on this little guy. You can even attach a controller via bluetooch and game away! Feeling adventurous? Plug in a mouse and keyboard and run some linux!

The MK808B runs on a dual core 1.6 Ghz processor that squeezes in just enough power to run most apps smoothly. There are more expensive versions, such as the MK809 that runs on a RK3188 processor (1.6 Ghz x4 for all you semi-geeks). For video streaming, the MK808B's dual core processor is more than enough, and certainly earns the best value award.
